Basically, I got caught by the street dancing and the merry making. After 27 years of my life, this was the first time I truly enjoyed a festival fair. And that’s saying something, because I rarely, RARELY ever enjoy myself in any of these shindigs. So, what was different with this festival fair?
How attractive and easy on the eye glass is, when it has been decorated with colours. This now seems to have become very well-liked, you could say we seem to be surrounded by it. We observe it applied to mirrors, ashtrays, lamps, containers, suncatchers, simply to name a few. And yes, we all stop and admire these articles at some point or another.
Usually, customers in craft fairs would find it wonderful and simply mind boggling to hang around your booth or your table if you give out freebies in some form or another. Freebies come from the word “free” and by free, it means a no tie-in, no strings attached type of some deal. Nothing is ever free, in the conceptual sense, bringing us to the concept that freebies would always attract people no matter how trivial or small it may seem.

More so with crafting since, nowadays, with the recession leaving people in hopelessness and despair, so many are losing hope and so many are sacrificing personal comforts and wants for their needs. Customers, are very particular about their expenses nowadays.

There will be a 2009 Grand Cities Art Fest on June 13 and June 14, 2009 at the banks of the Red River. This is an annual festival that draws about 35,000 visitors to the downtowns of Grand Forks and East Grand Forks. It is considered as one of the biggest festival in the region.
