Slimming down is not easy especially if you are stuck with work that requires you to sit down for most of the day. There are some people who would say yes. Most likely, these are the people who are active and addicted to being active. These are the ones that get back easily into shape after child birth. But the reality is that most of the people actually struggle slimming down. Therefore, it is not generally easy to shed those excess pounds.
