Howie, AJ and Nick – A Sure Fire Hit For The Backstreet Boys

In 1993, the Backstreet Boys were considered to be just another boy bad that Lou Pearlman put together. The group consisted of five talented singers, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell. Although Kevin Richardson has decided to opt out of this album, to start up a family, his band members are still foreseeing a comeback somewhere in this singers future.

The Ultimate Box Set For A Legend

The King of Pop is more popular now than ever and with that there are a lot of new release CDs coming out onto the market of his hits from the long and ago and some of his more recent works. The best compilation of his works that I have experienced thus far is the Michael Jackson Ultimate Collection CD Set. This incredible 5 disc boxed set has been available for a while, but truly covers the best music of Michael Jackson’s career.

Big Sound, Big Changes – DMB’s Big Whiskey

Dave Matthews Band has returned with an all new album and an all new sound, after a four year hiatus of sorts. There newest album “Big Whiskey And The Groogrux King” has departed from earlier works by the DMB.

How To Get A Sneak Peek at Final Fantasy XIII

Soon there will be another installment in the storied Final Fantasy series. Final Fantasy XIII will be here early next year and people have been anticipating it since the release of Final Fantasy XII. It will be the first in the numbered series to release on the PS3 and to some peoples dismay, it will release on the Xbox 360 for the first time. Until then, there is a re-release of the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children on Blu-ray.

Check out Role Models, A Hilarious Movie

Paul Rudd is becoming quite the popular actor these days and this movie is the one that will bring his name into more homes than anything else he has done. It is a very funny film that takes a complicated subject, basically a mid-life crisis at 30 years old, and shows the consequences of a couple of bad decisions.

Great New DVD Out: The Tale Of Despereaux

The Tale of Depereaux is an enchanting story based on the book by the same name. The movie takes place in the kingdom of Dor, a magical place with soup aplenty. One day an accident occurs and the King is left broken-hearted and the townspeople without their favorite soup. The world becomes grey and all sunlight disappears. This is where a small mouse with large ears comes in.

An Irish Folklore Game

There is a lack of RPGs for the Playstation 3, and with so little to choice from it’s a great thing I cam e across Folklore. It can be purchased for under thirty dollars and your will receive about thirty to forty hours of game play. There are not many titles to chose from, so it is a good thing when you come across a hidden gem, or at least an unknown title that has flown under the radar. The game that I am referring to is Folklore and you can pick it up used for between twenty and thirty dollars. That’s a pretty good deal for thirty or forty hours of game play.

PS3 SingStar Queen

SingStar is a smash-hit karaoke video game that combines fun play modes with a wide variety of popular songs. The game features interactive competitions which allow you to compete both with your friends or in turns by singing in rounds. You can also play individually to show off your talent or practice and improve your skills.

Metallica Does It Again

When Metallica releases an album, it is usually cause for celebration. They have had a long run of success, with only a couple of speed bumps in the past twenty-five years. Most of their albums have been well received, the last one St. Anger being the only real exception. I chalk that one up to experimentation and a little bit of confusion on the direction of the band. It wasnt horrible, but it was not what the fans wanted. Artist should never make music for the sole benefit of the fans, and I will have to give it up to the band for their boldness.

Oblivion

Oblivion, for Playstation 3, is one of a handful of RPGs available for the system. It consists of a world, larger then a small country, and allows you to choose a character from ten different races and 2 different fighter types. You can choose to be a strong physical fighter or a mystical magical fighter. You choose all this prior to entering your quest and can change it up until you exit the tutorial levels.
